To login to your account, you must first know your username and your password. To get that information, find the login email that was sent to the email you used when you signed up for a course or program. In that email will be your username, which is your email, and a unique password created at time of registration.

Once you have your email and password ready to enter, visit your Backstage Page below:

On that page, there is a "Start Here" banner with a welcome video that can walk you through how to login to your account.

If you have any trouble logging in, be sure to double check the password you are using that you are inputting it 100% correctly, as it is not uncommon to mistake a letter, number or add a space to the password that will render it incorrect.

Your password is automatically generated for you by the system, and should work without problems. However, passwords may not appear to work on occasion. 

Almost always, a password issue arises from trying to manually enter the password or username you received in your email - into the login box. And since the passwords consist of random capital letters, special characters, and numbers, it can be quite easy to typo a password.

Be sure that you are entering your password correctly and this, surprisingly, resolves the majority of support inquires about the password not working.

Additionally, if you receive the alert "Invalid Login" that is a sign of one of two things has happened. It is either telling you that the password is being entered wrong OR it is telling you the password is invalid because you do not have access to that course. Be sure you're logging in to a course you have access to, or through our login page, to avoid this rare occurance.

If you have forgotten your password, we can reset your password for you no problem.
